RnB singer Ciara was spotted at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 13).

The sexy singer worked the red carpet clad in a scantily cut blue and white dress with a high slit, definitely turning heads along the way.

Tonight’s festivities will include a bevy of beautiful people and a plethora of amazing musical performances.

Among those taking the stage are Justin Bieber, Lady Antebellum, Muse, Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, and Eminem.

Always keeping things interesting with the wardrobe department, the “Teenage Dream” singer looked fab in black and white as she made her way inside L.A.’s Nokia Theatre.
Usher and his Protege Justin Bieber rocked the all-black look for the event while Ne yo kept his signature hat on.
Will.I.Am had the “black face” look and posed on the carpet with Rapper Nicki Minaj.

Ciara’s new “haircut” has landed the singer in a lot of trouble with her ex-stylist.

Shirlena Allen insists the Atlanta-born hitmaker’s new hairdo is all thanks to a wig she has yet to return to her.

In a furious email plastered all over the net , Allen spits, “The wig used and work (done) on the photo shoot, she (Ciara) doesn’t even want to pay me for it. She’s a year behind all of it. I ask for the wig back a year ago, she says she cant find it (sic).”

Ciara posted her new look on her Twitter.com page earlier this month, and Allen is demanding credit for creating the look.

The stylista also complains that she is still awaiting payment for her work on the singer’s image a year ago.

She adds, “We spent hours trying to find this child a look and she still bites… Now she looks like a knock off.”

Beyonce is fulfilling her announcement from a while back that she will be doing a video anthology for “I Am…”  The anthology is set to be released soon and the re-release of her Deluxe edition of “I Am…” will happen exclusively at Wal-Mart June 16th.  “”Ego” is her next official single after pulling “Broken-Hearted Girl”.  She’ll be releasing “Sweet Dreams”  June 2nd as well.

Ciara and Jay-Z are set to hit the road this summer in what may be deemed as a ‘Best of Both Worlds’ ten city tour. The tour, also in support of Ciara’s recent album “Fantasy Ride,” was confirmed by the singer via Twitter Monday night.

“I will say it because the information has been leaked. Me and Jay-Z will be doing a 10-city tour run together! More details coming soon!”

Maxwell’s return to music is now official at Billboard thanks to the already climbing single “Pretty Wings”.

The single made the highest debut in four years at Billboard’s Adult R&B chart where it landed at no.15 this week. But that is not the only chart victory for Maxwell. The former “Fortunate” singer leaped up to no.22 on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop songs chart which also scored him the best debut by a male artist in a year.

“BLACKsummers’night,” Maxwell’s first album in over seven years, is set for release via Columbia July 7.
