R&B superstar Usher has cleared up all the chatter whether or not his wife Tameka is pregnant with their second child. The singer announced the sex of the baby, as well as the baby’s due date during an interview with Stevie Wonder on his morning radio show in Los Angeles.

Doctors told the couple that they’re having another boy, and he’s due to arrive on Dec. 15, just in time for the holidays.

Usher told Access Hollywood that their new bundle of joy will be “one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have.”

“There are a few names,” he told Access. “But if you guys have any unique one, please feel free to hit me up. Let me know.”

Around this time last November, Usher and Tameka welcomed their first child together, Usher Raymond V. He turns one on Wednesday (Nov. 26)

The

home foreclosure crisis in the US is knocking on more than just the “average Joe’s” front door, as former Fugees member Wyclef Jean failed to pay the mortgage on his unfinished Miami Beach mansion, resulting in the star losing his home.

Jean took out a $2 million mortgage from Home Equity Mortgage Corp. in 2004 to purchase the estate through a corporation he owns with several friends, reports The Palm Beach Post.

Although the rapper/producer set out to renovate the canal-front property, the foreclosed home, which was appraised at $1.4 million, was left unfinished for more than two years as a series of construction liens were filed.

In addition, the property garnered $6,200 in fines from the city of Miami Beach once the $900,000 construction project halted after Jean and his partners couldn’t come up with the $177,913 in construction costs needed to finish the effort.

Court documents note that a lien was put on the property this year by the project’s architects, who have tried to collect $75,000 owed to them since 2004.

In all, Jean’s corporation now owes the bank $2.4 million.

As a result of the foreclosure, Miami-Dade county will sell the mansion in downtown Miami on December 12.

Afro-soul and jazz singer, Zamajobe Sithole, has finally released her sophomore album, Ndoni Yamanzi.

The singer, who rose to fame after making it to the Top 10 finalists of Idols South Africa, released a massively successful album, Ndawo Yam in 2004. The album managed to garner tons of Award nominations, including Best African Act at the MTV European Awards in 2005.
The singer claims that Ndoni Yamanzi was a labour of love where she was able to grow and mature musically.

‘This time around I focused a lot on what I want to achieve. It has has always been about the music, I want to be conscious in what I’m doing and constantly be relevant to people and sharing what people go through and sharing sounds.’

Police are looking for Afro-pop and R&B singer Preston Sihlangu after it came out that he has reportedly failed to pay child support  for a child he fathered out of wedlock.

The Bloemfontein maintenance court authorised a warrant of arrest for the RnB singer who who became famous  under the Pop Stars group 101. The warrant was sent to the Roodepoort police since Sihlangu lives in their jurisdiction.

This comes when Sihlangu is expected to walk down the isle with the mother of his other child, Busisiwe Ntseki.

The two got married on January 13 in a traditional wedding in Kagiso in Mogale City. It was further reported that they were planning a white wedding before the year is over. But now Sihlangu is being sought in connection with the maintenance of a five-year-old child he fathered while sowing his wild oats with Nada Tshotyona during his student days at the Free State Technikon.

The 36th annual American Music Awards aired on ABC last night, bringing out all the pop, rock, and hip-hop stars, which took place at the NOKIA Theater L.A. in downtwon Los Angeles. The three-hour ceremony was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and produced by Dick Clark Productions.

The show featured a record 19 performances, most notably Alicia Keyes’ doing “Superwoman” with surprise guests Queen Latifah and star Kathleen Battle and a special collaboration by P!nk and Sarah McLachlan of the hit song “Angel.”

Other highlights included an opening 7-minute medley of Christina Aguilera’s greatest hits as well as performances by Beyonce, Coldplay, Jonas Brothers, Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Ne-Yo, New Kids on the Block, Natasha Bedingfield, Leona Lewis, Pussycat Dolls, Taylor Swift, a solo performance by P!nk and The Fray.

The biggest winners of the night were Chris Brown who won three awards including Artist of the Year and Alicia Keys, Rihanna and Kanye West, each taking home two AMA trophies.

The 19-year-old Brown seemed stunned and at a loss for words when he was announced as the winner of the Artist of the Yerar award.

“I would’ve gave it to Coldplay,” said Brown. “I’m at a loss for words.”
Surprise guest Justin Timberlake was on hand to present the 2008 American Music Awards special “Award of Merit” to Annie Lennox honoring her work with the groundbreaking Eurythmics and her illustrious solo career. Additionally, Mariah Carey was recognized for becoming the solo artist with the most number one hits of all time

Current beau Chris Brown also won the same categories of: Favorite Male Artist in the Pop/Rock Music category and the Favorite Male Artist in the Soul/Rhythm & Blues Music category as well as Artist of the Year.
