Former Miss Teen Masechaba Dlengezele and her mother were arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.
Masechaba and her mama were arrested last Monday after the cops raided their double story house in Protea North, Soweto, following a tip-off.
A police source says it took them more than three hours to arrest the beauty queen, her mother, her 1 younger brother relative, as they locked themselves in the house and refused to open the door.
They were released on bail and recently appeared on court.
This is not the first time the former miss teen makes headlines, shortly after she was crowned Miss Teen in 2003, it was revealed that her mother was an alleged fraudster and a drug dealer.
